Store Policies


Returns and exchanges are accepted on full priced merchandise within 30 days of receipt of items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED,OR WASHED and have ALL TAGS attached. Sale items are processed as final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. At that time, you will be given instructions on returning the damaged goods. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable, with exception of damaged merchandise.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS:
For the holiday season: Retail Therapy will extend the period for returns to accept all items purchased after November 9th to be returned for a full refund by January 9th, or 30 days after the purchase date, whichever is later.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

Exchanges:

By UPS are free. If you wish to exchange an item, please, call our store first, to find out if the item is available. Exchanges can be made only for the same item in a different color or size. We will email you a prepaid UPS label to use for your return. Your exchange item will be held for you up to 14 days, until we have received your returned merchandise. Please repack your merchandise carefully, including a copy of your original receipt, adhere the UPS label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any UPS location. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will promptly make your exchange and ship within 24 hours.

In Store, exchanges are free. If you wish to exchange an item, please, call our store first, to find out if the item is available. Exchanges can be made only for the same item in a different color or size. We will hold that item for you for 7 days. Along with your merchandise, please bring with you your original receipt and the same credit card used when you placed your order. Our sales associate will make the exchange and provide you with a written receipt of this transaction.

Returns:

By UPS there is a $10.00 Fee. Please call us with your return information. We will promptly email you a prepaid UPS label. A  flat fee of $10.00 will be deducted  from your refund to cover the return shipping. Please repack your merchandise carefully, including a copy of your original receipt, adhere the UPS label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any UPS location. Upon receipt of your merchandise, a credit will be processed within 24 hours and will reflect on your next credit card statement. You may also return the merchandise at your own cost by a carrier of your choosing.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

In Store, returns are free. If you wish to return an item, simply bring the merchandise to our store along with the original receipt and the same credit card used when you placed your order. Our sale associate will make the return and provide you with a written receipt of this transaction.
